Conditions regarding Gift Card/Certificate
1. Redemption.
Gift Cards/Certificates must be redeemed through the Ghanapickup.com website,
toward the purchase of eligible products. Purchases are deducted from the Gift
Card balance. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's Gift Card
account when redeemed. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the
balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method.

2. Limitations.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards/certificates available
from the website.
Gift Cards cannot be returned, reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed
for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by
law. Unused Gift Card balances in a ghanapickup.com account may not be transferred.
3. Our Policies.

redemption status of Gift Cards.
4. Risk of Loss.
The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic
transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever
is applicable. We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed
or used without your permission.
5. Fraud.
Ghanapickup.com will have the right to close customer accounts and request
alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed
or used to make purchases.
6. Limitation of Liability.
Ghanapickup.com AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS/CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY,
AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. CERTAIN
STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION
OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL
OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU,
AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
7. Disputes.
Any dispute relating in any way to Ghanapickup.com .com Gift Cards/Certificates
in which the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one
or more parties exceeds $7,500 shall be adjudicated in any state or federal
court in the state of Delaware, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction
and venue in such courts.
8. General Terms.
When you purchase, receive or redeem a Ghanapickup.com Gift Card, you agree
that the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to principles of conflict
of laws, will govern these Gift Card terms and conditions. Ghanapickup.com
reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time
in its discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent
permitted by law.
Conditions regarding Orders
When you order, we will require your name, address, e-mail address and your
credit/debit card details. This information will allow us to process your
request & notify you of acceptance of your order.
A contact telephone number may also be required so that we can contact you
if there is a problem with your order.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Ghanapickup.com
will take place on the pickup of the products ordered by you, unless we have
notified you that we are not able to process your order. There are several
reasons that we might not be able to process your order:-
The product you ordered is currently out of stock.
We are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.
You do not fulfill the requirements to be eligible to place an order. Please
see 'Refusal of Transaction' below.
We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time. We
will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep
the details of your order and payment secure, but, in the absence of negligence
on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third

Order Cancellation
We are happy to accept cancellation of your order by email to sales@ghanapickup.com
prior to pickup of goods. If your order has already been picked up, please
follow the procedure set out in Returns Policy. Please note that once an order
has been processed we issue a confirmation email.
Description of Products
Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will
take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices
of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant
information was entered into the system. Although we aim to keep the website
as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions,
appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position
at the exact moment you place an order. We have taken great care to ensure
that the reproduction of colour is as accurate as possible. However, due to
the photographic process some slight variations may occur.
Payment
We accept Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Electron and Solo.
Your credit/debit card will be charged usually within 24 hours of order initiation.

return your order in accordance with our return policy.
Customer Initiated Order Cancellation:
Prior to picking up your order and within minutes of placing your order, you
may cancel your order by emailing us at sales@ghanapickup.com. You may contact
individual stores regarding their return policies. As you know, returns are
a rarity in Ghana.
Order Cancellation:
Although it is rare that it would be necessary for Ghanapickup.com to cancel
an order, we reserve the right to deny any orders from a customer where the
following situations arise:
Billing / Payment ? Orders cannot be processed due to an error in information
you have provided, which may include, but is not limited to:
Incorrect Credit/Debit Card number, expiration date or card security value.
Incorrect Billing information (billing information you provide is different
from information your financial institution has on record).
Insufficient Pickup Person information i.e. addresses (street address, city,
state, zip or postal code).
Fraudulent information.
Merchandise Unavailability? If a product becomes unavailable, Ghanapickup.com
may cancel the order.
Previous Fraudulent Order History? Ghanapickup.com may cancel any order if
fraudulent activity is suspected and may refuse to process subsequent orders
from customers with a previous fraudulent order history. Ghanapickup.com may
also refuse any orders connected with a previous credit card dispute.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR CREDIT CARD:
Ghanapickup.com reserves the right to request additional evidence or proof
of billing information. The charge for your order will appear on your credit
card statement as ‘Ghanapick’ If you contest the validity or amount
of a charge related to an order with Ghanapickup.com, please email our Customer
Service Department at Sales@Ghanapickup.com. Ghanapickup.com will prosecute
to the fullest extent of the law any fraudulent activities related to the reversal
of a valid charge for an order filled and delivered to the customer. Should
your order be cancelled, any 'authorization holds' will drop of your account
