Question 1: Is anyone allowed to pickup the items I have purchased?
Answer: Yes. But it is preferable that during the checkout process, you enter the name and address of the person who will be picking up your purchase to avoid fraudulent pickups. Anyone who picks up purchased items from a pickup location needs a printout of the email confirming the sale and a photo ID confirming their identity.

Question 2 : Can I buy items with different pickup locations at the same time?
Answer: Yes. The confirmation email you receive can be printed out several times and taken to the numerous pickup locations.

Question 3 : How long will my purchase be held before someone can pick it up?
Answer: Your purchases will be held for a month and if you still haven't picked them up, your payment will be returned to you.
